Drinking water for better looking skin

When was the last time you drank eight glasses of water in one day? Did you know that it is just as important to drink water to improve your skin as it is to use soap and water to cleanse your skin.Toxins build within your system and release poison's that cause pimples and clog your pores not allowing your skin to rejuvenate healthy skin cells. As it also can reduce the appearance of blemishes and pimples. So this week when you walk past that water cooler at work or the gym be sure to drink a glass of water to improve your skins over all appearance.
